Do Your Employees Feel Valued?

Employee Recognition is vital to retain your employees. Keeping employees motivated, productive and engaged is necessary by implementing an effective employee recognition program.
Employee RecognitionIn a recent Gallup workplace survey, employees were asked who gave them their most meaningful recognition. The data revealed the most memorable recognition comes from an employee's manager (28%), followed by a higher-level director or CEO (24%)

When asked what types of recognition were the most memorable, respondents indicated in order:
  • Public recognition (acknowledgment via an award or commendation)
  • Private recognition (from a boss, peer or customer)
  • Promotion (increase in the scope of work or responsibility to show trust)
  • Monetary award (such as a trip, prize or pay increase)
Job satisfaction and taking stake in a thriving and rewarding environment can be more desirable than monetary gains.

If you're considering an Employee Recognition program, we'd welcome the opportunity to help you meet the goals of your organization, and employee satisfaction.
