Returns / Refund Policy

All Customized Products are Final Sale 
Customized products refers to products that have been altered or enhanced by means of engraving, printing, sublimating, silkscreen, coloring, etching, applying engraved plate, tag or other substrate to a product, or other means to alter or enhance the appearance or functionality of a product from its original state.

Prior to any customization taking place on products, proofs are sent to our customers for their approval. Proofing may include a visual representation of the product or the actual engraving file, sizes, color, quantity and individual price. At the proofing stage, the customer must verify and confirm the following:
• recipient name(s), business, etc.
• spelling and grammar
• any referenced date(s)
• color and size of product(s)
• quantities of product(s)
• prices of product(s)

Incorrect information supplied or approved at the proofing stage is the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions
No refunds or returns accepted unless there is an error on our part.

Returning Non-Customized Products
Non-customized products refers to products that have been not altered in any way by Traditions Engraving, LLC. Simply speaking, they are blank products. We do not sell wholesale blank products to the public.

If a non-customized product is purchased from Traditions Engraving, LLC, a return may be granted within a 14-day period from the purchase date. Only items in new condition with original tags and packaging (in tact and without any damage) may be returned for a refund. A restocking fee may apply.

Non-customized products cannot be returned after 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Shipping Charges on Non-Customized Returns
Please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any orders returned to us that were originally given free shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.

Store Credit Expiration
Any store credits issued are valid for one year from the date issued.
